The Baufritz 'House of Ideas'
To mark our 11th anniversary in July 2007, Baufritz challenged its staff to come up with 111 innovative ideas for a special exhibition. The result was the launch of a brand new ‘House of Ideas’ innovations building at the Baufritz HQ in Erkheim which showcases the very latest in building technology.
The ‘House of Ideas’ focuses on new ways to incorporate comfort, wellness, energy saving and home technology into your home. Some of the many features include a stunning spiral staircase that has been hand-crafted from only one piece of wood for a seamless finish and a bed that slides effortlessly from the bedroom out on to a glass covered balcony at the touch of a button.
