Bespoke Design
Baufritz takes its inspiration from nature where beauty, practicality and ecology combine to create something wonderful. A pioneer of ecological building, Baufritz designs and builds carbon positive homes that are entirely bespoke. They are exceptionally energy efficient and use only natural materials from sustainable sources to create an environment that combines luxury and ecology as never before.
At Baufritz we start with a blank sheet of paper to develop a house design that meets your exact requirements. Our experienced team of architects will guide you through every step of the design process to help you get everything you want from your new home.
Modular Homes
In addition to our bespoke homes, Baufritz can also offer pre-designed modular homes - a contemporary selection of high quality timber homes designed to meet the demands of modern living. Incorporating open plan interiors and intelligent use of space, these ecological and healthy homes deliver excellent value for money. The quality and style of these homes is no less than exceptional.
Fees
Whether you choose a bespoke home or one from our modular range, we will prepare detailed drawing, design and access statement and submit for planning permission on your behalf.
Fees for architectural work are fixed and agreed up front (for example £9,000 for a bespoke designed 3/ 4 bedroom house). Our architectural fees are extremely competitive and because our architects have been fully trained to understand the Baufritz method of construction, they can create a design that offers excellent value for money.
