We're especially proud now to have a dedicated team established in the UK, and, with a number of bespoke house projects already complete, we look forward to creating beautiful, individual homes for a whole new generation of customers.

We build your new home based upon traditional timber construction methods, offering maximum living comfort in a contemporary style, and to a bespoke design based entirely on your individual needs and vision. But it's not only this that sets Baufritz apart. In all our designs and during the manufacturing and build processes, we're guided by the health needs of people and the protection of the environment. We have combined decades of experience and intensive research, to ensure that our individually designed timber houses meet the exceptionally high standards that our customers expect from German manufacturers, creating a home that guarantees healthy living, great comfort and a solid long-term investment.
Baufritz offers a 'turn key' service that covers all aspects of the house building process (with the exception of groundworks) including architectural design, planning, manufacture and fully project managed on-site construction carried out by experienced teams of specialist German tradesmen. It's our aim to make the exciting experience of building your own home an enjoyable one.
At Baufritz we understand the importance of innovation not only in our building techniques but in our service offer too. In response to the demands of the UK market we are constantly reviewing and enhancing our services. We have recently launched 'Haus Assist' a financial services package that includes independent financial advice and assistance with insurance, structural warranty and self-build mortgages. This service is offered exclusively to Baufritz customers and we are looking to further extend our range of added value products and services in the near future.
